Medical Conditions and Pregnancy
The movement of the boat can be unpredictable and so may aggravate an existing medical condition. Conditions may include angina, dizzy spells, epilepsy, spinal problems, osteoporosis and pregnancy. Due to the unpredictable movement of the boat, voyages are not suitable for passengers who cannot effectively brace themselves- this may include the frail, elderly or young children.
Please inform us if you have any medical condition or disability that you believe Action Boat should be aware of. This may affect the skipper’s decision to carry you as a passenger. However, the staff of Action Boat are not qualified to make suitable judgement or give medical advice that may be necessary in order to determine your fitness to sail. The decision to sail and any consequences of participating in any voyage with Action Boat is entirely at the passengers own risk.
